like-minded, ambitious individuals. We exist to help people
pursuing success in the real world, regardless of what stage

of Terms and Conditions
These terms and
conditions apply to your use of all of the sites and services owned
or operated by YS Interactive Corp. and affiliated companies,
(collectively "we," "us," or "our"), including ysn.com, and any
other site that we may own or operate in the future (collectively,
the "Sites"). Unless we say otherwise, all references to the Sites
in these terms and conditions include all such sites. These terms
and conditions do not apply to your use of unaffiliated sites to
which any of the Sites only links.
Restrictions
on Use of Materials
The contents of our Sites
are protected by copyright and trademark laws, and are the property
of their owners. Unless we say otherwise, you may access the
materials located within the Sites only for your personal use.
Where YS Interactive Corp. explicitly permits, you may download one
copy of posted materials on a single computer for personal,
non-commercial home use only, so long as you neither change nor
delete any author attribution, trademark, legend or copyright
notice, nor forward, retransmit or distribute any such material to
any third party. When you download copyrighted material you do not
obtain any ownership rights in that material.

Submissions
We welcome your comments

misunderstandings in the event that projects developed by our
professional staff might seem to others to be similar to their own
creative work. Accordingly, we must ask that you not send us any
original creative ideas, suggestions or materials except as

send us any creative idea, suggestion or material ("Submission"),
you agree that it shall become our property. No Submission will be

Private
Account Information
Upon registering with the
Site you will be asked to choose a username and confidential
password. It is the
responsibility of each user to maintain the confidentiality of
their account access information. Passwords can be changed by
the user at any time using the Account Settings area of the
Site. Site users have the
ability to remove themselves from the Site at any time as well, via the Account
Settings area of the
Site. We reserve the
right to change any Account information for privacy or other reason
with sufficient notice to the member in question.
Photos
It is the policy of the
Sites not to allow images containing nudity, sexually suggestive
content, violent or threatening depictions, obscene gestures or
other potentially offensive subject matter as determined by the
Sites. We retain the right to remove photos or other images
that we, in our sole discretion, consider to be in violation of
these terms or otherwise unacceptable. We also reserve the right to
remove materials for any reason without warning or
notification. The Sites assume no
responsibility for monitoring the Sites for inappropriate content
or conduct or providing advanced screening of member submitted
content including but not limited to photos.
Forums
A "forum" means any
message board, chat room, group, user review
forum,
user submitted content exchange or other
interactive service appearing on any
of the Sites and includes both public boards and private areas. You
must register in accordance with instructions that you will find on
the Sites in order to contribute to any forum. You may not post on
any forum, or send to any other forum user or our employee, any
material that is abusive, vulgar, threatening, harassing, libelous,
defamatory, obscene, invades a person's privacy, violates any
intellectual or other property rights, or that would otherwise
violate any law. You may not use any forum in a commercial manner.
You may not post material that solicits funds, or that advertises
or solicits goods or services.
You may not post material
known to be false. You may not post messages that contain stock
touts. You may not post or transmit any information, software or
other material that contains a virus or other harmful
component.
We are not responsible
for, nor do we endorse any material appearing in any forum on the
Sites, except for material signed by one of our identified
representatives. We are not responsible for screening material
posted by users for libel, obscenity, invasion of privacy,
copyright or trademark infringement, accuracy, or for any other
reason. We retain, however, the right to modify or remove messages
or other material that we, in our sole discretion, consider
infringing, offensive, abusive, defamatory, obscene, stale, or
otherwise unacceptable. We also reserve the right to edit or remove
materials for any other reason. Whether or not we modify or remove
such material, users remain solely responsible for the content of

We may, at our sole
discretion, suspend or terminate the registration of any forum user

member guidelines or for any other behavior that we in our sole
discretion believe is inappropriate.
Proprietary
Rights in Content
We shall own all tangible
and intangible rights, copyrights, moral rights, trademark, trade
secret rights, patents, industrial property rights, and all other
intellectual property and proprietary rights of every kind in and
to all User Generated Content (as defined below)
and
we
may use such
User Generated Content for our own business
purposes.
We recognize that
you
retain
all right,
title and interest in your User Supplied
Content (as defined below)
and all
intellectual property rights therein unless expressly agreed
otherwise by you pursuant to these terms and
conditions. We will not claim any
ownership rights in User Supplied Content unless it has provided
reasonable notice to you prior to collecting such
User Supplied Content, and any ownership rights or licenses will be
limited to those consistent with the shared objectives of
these
terms and conditions.
In connection
with User Supplied Content, by posting on the Sites,
you grant (or warrant that the owner of such rights has expressly
granted or will grant) us and/or relevant affiliated companies a
royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, nonexclusive right and license
to use, copy, distribute, and display, in any format, on the Sites
your questions, comments, and postings (including any
text, files, images, photos,
video, sounds, musical works, works of authorship, or any other
materials), in their original or
edited form, on any other page within
our Sites, in television programs,

materials created by and uploaded directly onto the Sites by you.

Communications
Throughout your
membership to the Site, we may find it necessary to contact you by
email. By agreeing to these terms, you agree to receive
emails which are specific to your account and membership to the
Site. This includes but is not limited to newsletters,
welcome emails, site notifications and feedback requests as
determined necessary by the Site, for the duration of your membership
to the Site. You may remove yourself from the Sites and/ or
from site alerts through the link on the site Account Settings
page. You can remove yourself from the newsletter by using
the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the publication.
Prohibited
Activity
The following is a
partial list of
activities that are prohibited on the
Sites. The Sites reserve the right to remove any user
(and report
such user to law enforcement authorities, as
appropriate), without prior notice or
warning, as a result of any violation of this or any other
activity not listed here, as
determined by Site representatives.
- Violations of photo,
text or other user submitted content policies
- Solicitation of
funds from site users or employees
- Harassment
or
stalking of site users
or employees
- Post, transmit or
otherwise publish any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising,
promotional materials, .junk mail,. .spam,. .pyramid schemes,. or
any other form of solicitation
- Solicitation of
sexual conduct or activity from site users or employees
- Copyright
infringement, use of stolen material, or other proven
misrepresentation of identity via the Sites
- Threatening or
other violent acts or communication to other site users or
employees
- Interfere with or
disrupt the Site servers or networks connected to the Site
(i.e.
hacking)
- Posting content
that is patently offensive to the online community, including but
not limited to, content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or
physical harm of any kind against any group or individual, or
cruelty to animals
- Engaging in any
criminal or tortious activity, including child pornography, fraud,
trafficking in obscene material, drug dealing or
gambling
General
Online
Safety Tips
We do our best to
maintain a comfortable and trusted environment on the
Sites,
however we do not perform criminal or other background checks on
members prior to granting membership. While we are
actively monitoring activity and content, your safety is
ultimately in your hands. Here
are some general online safety tips to help make your use of the
Site the safest possible:
- Don't share your
username and password with other members.
- Keep your full
name, Social Security number, address, phone number, and bank or
credit card account numbers private; do not display
them anywhere or communicate them on the Site.
- Be wary of
taking
communications offline. If a member asks
for your personal contact
information, don.t be afraid to tell
them you would rather communicate using onsite tools.
- Help keep the site
clean and safe by reporting any content or
behavior you feel is inappropriate or offensive, such as
harassment, hate speech or otherwise obscene or abusive
content.
- Remember
when posting
information about yourself that your Site portfolio
is designed
to be your professional
identity. If you wouldn.t want your boss or grandmother to see a
picture, it probably isn.t
appropriate to publicly display on
the Site.
- Be cautious if a
new friend wants to meet you in person. If you decide to meet them,
meet in a public place, during the day, and bring trusted
friends along. YSN
members are typically professional people, but safety offline is
always recommended.
- The information
posted to your YSN portfolio is public. Post only information
you are comfortable with sharing. Don.t
forget to remove all personal info from your resumes or other
posted documents.
- Report any
suspicious Site behavior such as members asking you for money,
soliciting sexual conduct or any other inappropriate
activity. The Site is not responsible for user initiated
contact but we do our best to ensure a comfortable and appropriate
environment for all Site users.
Termination/Removal
The Site reserves the
right, at any time, without prior notice, to terminate the
membership, member account and/or
member access to the Site for any reason
as determined
by the Site. This includes
suspension, removal or deletion of user submitted portfolios,
content, or other posted material as determined by Site
administrators.
Copyright
Policy
We respect the
intellectual property rights of others, and require that the people
who use the Sites do the same. You may not post,
modify, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted
material, trademarks, or other proprietary information belonging to
others without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of
such proprietary rights.
In appropriate
circumstances, we may, in our sole discretion, terminate the
registration of any forum user who engages in any activity which
may infringe on the intellectual property rights of others,
including copyrights.
