Bob, I was wondering if you could give me some advice. I am considering going into a graduate program. I will graduate with a BA in HRM and am considering a Master of Science in Negotiation and conflict management. Is it a good idea to go to grad school now? I have no work experience in HR currently and am worried about my chances of getting a job in May. Any advice at all would help. Thanks!

Bob, it looks like we have something in common: the philosophy that "if you do what you love, you'll love what you do!" I have always had a blast in every position that I've held. From dishwasher to director, I have fun!
